About us section redirection issue on the homepage

I am Swanandi Bhende, I am a contributor in GSSoC. I noticed that the about us section at the bottom of the home page does not redirect towards to respective sections. Like if I press on blog, it just redirects to the top of the homepage instead of the blog part. l would like to work on this issue, please assign it to me. Thank you.
