ui: Create a dedicated "Portfolio" view for connected users

Description

Users need a central place to view all their current token balances and active liquidity pool positions.
We need to create a new /portfolio page that acts as the user's personal dashboard.
For this issue, simply design the layout using static dummy data for the balances and charts.
This gives the platform a personalized feel, making it a comprehensive asset management tool.

Requirements

• Create a new Next.js route for /portfolio.
• Build a "Total Balance" header displaying a large dummy USD value.
• Create a two-column grid: one side for "Assets" (list of tokens) and one side for "Your Liquidity" (list of active pool shares).
• Populate both lists with hardcoded, styled layout components.
