GeoJSON only properly renders as FeatureCollection #69

If you try and add a GeometryCollection to BerkeleyMapper it won't work.
e.g. see:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AmphibiaWeb/range_maps/master/tests/Ansonia_thinthinae.json

it needs to be a feature collection. The above modified as a feature collection works:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BNHM/berkeleymapper/master/examples/awtest.json

A sample config file to test with is at:
