Describe the bug

Hi I get the following Error when I want to execute the following command: sudo pip install -U pip. Here is the error:

What can I do to fix this?

You can ignore this step since you have system configuration different from out CI, and then just execute the direct package installation as

sudo apt install python3-jinja2

Or any other package that is required to be installed via pip like this:

sudo apt install python3-PACKAGE_NAME
