"Another Instance Is Already Running" prompt

I notice that, since the last update to BOINC Manager, upon running the program (even after making sure I only single click on the desktop shortcut I created) a prompt comes up saying "Another Instance Is Already Running" and offers "Don't show this Dialog again"
(which never works even when I check it, getting the prompt every time).
Has anyone else had this problem?

Happened after one of their updates.
