I've tried several times to install this per BOINC's instructions. Does not work.
It needs to be an install from a BOINC update!

@Pauliiee, try this installer: https://github.com/BOINC/boinc-buda-runner-wsl-installer/releases/download/v1.0.0/boinc-buda-runner-wsl-installer.exe
It's currently in the alpha test, so your feedback will be highly appreciated.
Once done and tested - it will be a part of the BOINC client/manager installer.

PID 15080 is the error code Says BOINC is already running. I've suspended BOINC and all tasks,

I suspended BOINC but it still says it can't install due to it already running. Of course, I get a pop up every time I open BOINC saying "Another instance of BOINC Manager is already running." Paul M. Luman 234 Colburn Dr. DeBary, FL 32713-2056 843-345-9136
