[CI] Add CI workflow using Github actions

We haven't set up the CI for this project we have to create at least a basic one to run lint and unit tests. Also, we need to configure the cypress tests.

• Create a CI workflow to run linter
• Create a CI workflow to run unit test
• Create a CI workflow to run cypress
