How about changing the Namespace from CouchDB\ to something, that will most likely not collide with other software?

Maybe in version 2.0, because its an BC break.

I like this library and would love to use/contribute. But having the current namespace would detain me from that.

Maybe having a cool organization for this?

Happy to hear that!

An organization for one repo? Not sure about that, what would be the benefit?

Benefits:

  • Bus factor reduced.
  • Easier contribution / membership.
  • Promoting organizations is easier.
  • Having more repos is not foreclosed.

I know that this are the benefits for organizations. But we have only one repo and having other repos isn't planned yet.
Also i'm currently the only collaborator for this project.

So i think there is no benefit for this repo, maybe if this project goes larger this can be a option but currently it creates a overhead
with a small benefit.
