Hello,
We use mainly the API to display the tickets infos in a separate, custom web software.
That works well but we don't get the datas about the documents/files linked to the ticket using only the API.
We see them in the GUI of Handesk of course but not in the API response.

Are we doing something wrong or maybe this option doesn't exist in Handesk's API ?

This is something not implemented in handesk yet,
feel free to submit a PR adding this to the api endpoint, should be easy
