A command that shows a tutorial for BallsDex!

Describe the feature you'd like
The command name would be /tutorial, in the info package. What it would do is it would send an embed, possibly with pagination too, that says how to play, what you can do in the bot, general info about the bot's gameplay, but it would also say where you can suggest a feature, or report a possible bug, where to find support, and the footer can be a link to the bot TOS.

Additional context
I'm suggesting this because of the increasing amount of new users, and a lot of them aren't sure on how to start, what to do, how to use the bot. A command like this would help. /help gives every command with its description, so if we get a /tutorial command it would need to be different.

I can make a pr for this if it gets accepted.

What would be a nice to have is an entire onboarding experience for server admins, and another onboarding experience for end users.

@Kowlin how do you think that should be done? id love some suggestions, because that sounds like something exciting that i would want to code
