health check fails because provider does not support fetching WSDL #4
Description
NSI requester tries to fetch the WSDL in order to assess the health of the selected provider. Providers like OpenNSA do not support fetching the WSDL and cause this check to fail.
Please implement a more robust health check mechanism.
