Can't become user in fresh gce machine #2

Not sure why, but my user couldn't become another user with sudo without entering a password because it looked like the syntax was wrong in the sudoers file. I had to put All in parentheses, and then the provisioning worked when trying to pull the app repo as nodejs.

Need to investigate on how to fix this automatically.
