players losing xp from spleef

Hey having a little issue where players are losing xp when they play spleef. I have it set so they teleport out on level instead of die but it's still happening.
They are also losing their inventories randomly from it. I have had many people test it on my server and only like 1 out of 30 or so lose their inventories.

What version of MC Server (Also what flavor, paper, sponge, etc), Battlearena, Spleef and BattleTracker. Also, do you have any inventory/xp management plugins installed?

paper-1.16.5-457. BattleArena 3.9.16.4 BattleTracker 2.5.11.0 ArenaSpleef 1.6.2
I've got a multiverse inventories so I've moved the arena to a new world with clean invs to get around the inv part but for xp it's just essentials nothing else that I can think of.

There is a newer version of Battlearena available. 3.9.17.0 which has full 1.16.x support. Here is the link to the spigot page if the direct download link bothers you.
Try updating to that and seeing if it resolves the issue.
