Setup Advanced fan mode

Hi I'm using server archlinux on my GF65 thin UE, I've already done the instalation and the /sys/devices/platform/msi-ec is showing me the files, I have available all the modes in the available_fan_modes and i can even change the coller bost there, but my question is where or how I setup the advance fan_mode when I'm constrained to a command line environment. In another Q&A the suggestion is to use the MControlCenter but that's not going to work on my side.

Why do you need to touch fan curve? Do you want to make fan more silent or always turned on? Stock fans are pretty low quality and loud.

Also please add exact model name.
