Provide a docker compose file

It would be nice if there was a docker compose file which the only thing we'd need to do is to test out bedework is docker compose up and it would spin up the quickstart.

Maybe with some different setups (for h2, postgres, etc) so that spinning up an environment takes 2 minutes rather than running installQS.sh ourselves.
