Hello. I have a problem with updating and displaying information in the GUI. When using the GUI to check the sites where votes have already been cast and those that remain. I followed the instructions from your help page. The server receives and reports information about the vote as the number of votes and points. I use VotofierPlus with VotingPlugin on Velocity and backend servers with VotingPlugin. They are connected to a common MySQL database with local access. Redis is used as a means of communication. When I open the GUI I have two options that I can review. Next vote and last vote time. When I check from different servers they do not count the vote. I hope I am explaining correctly. Sorry for the vagueness of my question. I am new to setup.

Are votes reaching the server? What is it showing? Screenshots? Send your votesites.yml in pastebin.om

Based on the screenshot it doesn't look like redis is connecting to the backend servers, is it reaching the backend servers?

Redis is working. This is what I get in the Velocity console.

There are players in both servers Skyblock and Survival. Only Prison has no people and that is the third server. If this is an error then there is a problem with Redis communication as you said earlier. If this is the case how can I check where the problem with Redis is?

I tried with this version: VotingPlugin-1797 but the result is the same. I put the version you sent me ONLY on the Prison server!

The log just shows the backend server never got the redis messages. Can you try using PLUGINMESSAGING and see if it works then? Also just to double check your all pointing to the same redis server?

The problem persists. I have tried many things to fix the problem, but they are unsuccessful. I checked the connection with Redis - it works, MySQL - it works correctly and quickly. I checked the database for the names of the sites and they match the ones you described. It continues to accept votes from sites and count them, but voteparty also does not work.
