[Feature Request] Allow for importing of Paps from external list. Differentiate stats based on Tags

My request is based on a situation where users are participating in external fleets but we would like to track this along with ops posted in Calendar.

The feature would allow for a list to be imported which would be added to the existing Calendar Pap stats.
The list could look something like:

Corporation | Player Name | Tag (able to be matched with Calendar Tags) | Number of Fleets
or
Testcorp | Testplayer | PVP | 3

The list could be bulk-pasted into a field and parsed into however the existing paps are handled when you click the Pap Fleet button.

Additionally, allowing Tags to be differentiated in the stats pages would be helpful for orgs to be able to see participation based on different tag types.
