[Feature Request] Restrict operation visibility to role

Currently ops can have their registration restricted to a seat role, but it would be FANTASTIC if we could make it so that only a designated role(s) could actually SEE an operation. As even if they can't register, they can still see and show up for the op, making it sort of pointless unfortunately.

This would allow us to put all our ops on there, rather than having to keep the opsec stuff like capitals to discord so that line members can't see.

Ie: When creating an op, give a "Restrict visibility to " option.
So that only the selected role can actually see the operation, and it will be hidden from other members
