I've tried to manually install BepInEx 5.4.22 into a Steam game (Project Highrise) on macOS (Sonoma 14.4.1; x86/Intel Xeon.)
Upon launch (either with manual
run_bepinex.sh
or via reconfiguring Steam's launch options), I just get a black, frozen game; removing the BepInEx config and files results in it launching just fine.Should I log this as an issue? How can I tell if this is actually a bug in BepInEx? Or, potentially, is there some obvious (to not-me) reason why this wouldn't work with recent BepInEx versions? (Somebody definitely used BepInEx with this game in the past, see https://github.com/alextd/ProjectHighrise-TDEnhancementPack; but they presumably didn't do so on macOS — hence why I wonder if I should open an issue, it may be something platform-specific?)
