feat: Upgrade AMM to Cairo 1

The AMM will need to be redesigned for Cairo 1.

At this point, the AMM should be spun out into an individual repo for more contributors and become an independently maintained project.

New features:

• Factory deploying versions of the contract
• DRY contract structure on view functions
