Transcription tool feature request: live multiuser editing of a common transcript

It would be dead good if a small group of researchers could edit at the same time one master transcript from their PC/MAC or tablet. Google Docs is a simple case, but there are many enhancements specific to transcribing that would be desirable. This could be supported for a copresent group (eg. data session) or a distributed group (eg. with audio chat).
