Accuracy of generation of displacement map and STL

Used Midjourney to generate the 1024x1024 version of the image and then upscaled it in upscales.ai.
Give the collab script the jpg resulting file and went through the steps to generate the

result.
saved it and then saved an STL version of it.
The following image is

a composite of the three images.

Looks like it lacks detail that would be necessary to recreate a bas-relief of this with a 3D resin printer.
