arch's PKGBUILD

Since the major people which could try blezz are on arch, it may be a good idea to make an AUR package na ? ;)

I like the idea, but i feel like some of the known issues should be fixed first. For instance, i would be sorry to "release" it with the current way of translating keyboard input. But when that is fixed i will probably look into PKGBUILD.
