USDL - Louisiana - Doesn't OCR/Decode the PDF barcode at the back of the card #283
Comments
Hello @damienlo; thank you for reaching out. Also, can you try testing with our Vision app?(Here you can find it for Android, iOS) |
Hello, I can confirm that it fails on the vision app too. The DL is a real one from one of our client. I cannot share it for security/privacy reasons. The vision app instantly decode the front, then it says: Scan the barcode. |
RPReplay_Blur_compressed.mp4We had to heavily blur the video. but you can see that vision App doesn't pick up the back of the card (the barcode) |
Hi @damienlo, would you kindly reach out to Microblink Support ([email protected]), so we can continue troubleshooting over there and share code snippets and samples if needed? Thanks |
