Reproduce:

Open editor
Place a CH-47i and set height to 30m
place a soldier inside and play as him
In ACE interaction menu, Prepare fast roping system and Deploy 36m ropes
Fast Rope
Sometimes soldier wont catch the rope and falls to the ground
