bloop denied to answer with some particular repos

Expected behavior
answer like it always do

To Reproduce
git clone the follow repo and load it as local repo https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/
add the follow public repo https://github.com/prysmaticlabs/prysm
ask anything and will be no answer other than We couldn't answer your question. You can try asking again in a few moments, or rephrasing your question.
