[Annotations] Widget for experimental properties might not be cleared correctly

It has been uncovered in curated data that an experimental property in an annotation was not referring to a parameter of the same publication.

It might be because the widget for experimental properties (ExpPropWgt) in the tab 'Annotations' might not be cleared correctly in some cases.

The example found is the parameter of ID 75ec2ffc-f6e6-11e7-a854-64006a67e5d0 which is used as an experimental property in 10.1016%252Fj.nbd.2012.04.018.pcr but is in fact described in 10.1002%252Fcne.22350.pcr.

This bug would be fixed alongside the reengineering of the MVC Architecture which will occur later in the roadmap.

During the investigation of this bug, annotations where the case happens should see these experimental properties removed. The modified annotations with at least one parameter which is an experimental property should be listed for human review.
