想问问例如勾选项出现增加或者减少的情况，这样的话代码逻辑需要进行修改吗？
还是说会有一个动态获取的方式来适应每一次self report的更新与修改

可以是可以动态获取，但目前没办法根据选项自动完成代码逻辑，比如新增了“是否在中高风险区”，能获取到这个选项，但不知道应该填是还是否
