Timely Auto Updates are not enabled (fix this) message remains even when configured properly #547

Describe the bug
Total Upkeep admin dashboard error. No matter what update options are selected plugin will still show "Fix this" message under

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Total Upkeep Dashboard in WordPress admin
  2. Click on 'Fix this' option under timely updates.
  3. Enable all updates
  4. Check dashboard and notice the 'Fix This' message still displays.

Expected behavior
Should be some text verifying this has been resolved

Further investigation revealed things are working as expected here. The message to fix/enable timely auto updates will show if the option "Perform updates X Days since update was released" under "total upkeep settings tab > auto updates > Configure When Auto Updates Occur" isn't enabled. With this option chosen the message to fix/enable no longer appears.

This appears to be a UI/UX issue then. Any suggestions on how we can improve this journey?

The current changes in this PR don't seem to clear up the confusion. I suggest doing something along these lines - thoughts?
