Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, investor keys are assumed to be managed outside of ibet-Prime, but we want to enable issuers to manage investor keys themselves. We also want to allow issuers to manage investors' personal information.
We want to manage investor keys as child keys derived from the issuer's key as the parent key.

Describe the solution you'd like

We aim to manage investor keys as a deterministic wallet with the issuer's key as the parent key. Furthermore, we want to enable the derivation of these child keys without accessing the issuer's private key.
As for token holders, we will also return the investors' personal information that is managed by the issuer.
