Linux Wifi Hotsput failed to install

I installed the app, then I got an error (see log below), and it failed. Is there any way to fix this?

I think your system is messed up (broken multiarch, mixed up repositories, or something of the like), do other apps from pi apps install?

Yeah. I think its my distro, but if thats not an issue, I should be good. I can give you the commands I used in my distro and if I removed something this app needs if you want.
