New user stuck! Can everyone please help

Hi guys and girls.

I am new to this automation stuff so just bear with me.

Following spec;

I have a fox AC charger coupled with some battery storage.
I then have a virtual home assistant instal with HCAS and Nathan's modbus installed as well as the davebottlecap agile plugin.

I can see the love values from the modbus in the home assistant and I have created a API key and put my account number and api key into the agile plugin.
Under the octopus plugin and I have added a trigger. However this trigger never turns from off to on, no matter what time I put in or how I configure it.

Earlier I pressed the debug button and reloaded the target trigger and I don't see any errors in the logs.

Can anyone assist?

I managed to figure this out.
I had a problem with the integration.
I removed and reinstalled it with a reboot of home assistant
