CURL commands timeout for api.octopus.energy

I don't think this is anything wholly related to this integration, but suddenly on my HA instance curl times out ONLY for api.octopus.energy, however it is working for other machines in my network.

HA Terminal:

I know the full URI should be different, this is purely to test connectivity. All other curl requests seem to be OK, just the api.octopus.energy request from the HA machine is the issue.

It's a Hyper-V VM running the HA OS / Docker, been installed for 12+ months without issue using multiple integrations but suddenly the Octopus API calls fail just from this machine.

Any help / pointers appreciated.

Oddly enough, it just started working again as mysteriously as it stopped. No changes before it stopped, no changes before it worked again.
