I know it's a standalone app for Windows, but without an installer it's difficult to install on a Linux system using WINE. I solved the problem myself by downloading Install Forge and creating my own installer. After that I was able to install it using Play On Linux with which I was also able to install the Microsoft core fonts and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2013) library it needed to work.
