Custom SQF Commands?

Is there some repository or example where I could view custom sqf commands [as described here ], specifically for how to write the manipulation I want the command to perform on the data ? I am aware of how to define and set up syntax (ish), but I am chiefly confused on how I would actually get those commands to perform a specified action.
