Description:
Magazines defined in other addons aren't checked in L-C09 (magazine defined in CfgMagazineWells was not found in CfgMagazines error)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Define a magazine in an addon
2. Create a magazine well in a separate addon that uses the magazine

Expected behavior:
Magazines defined in other addons should be checked
