Passing the operator name as an argument to the CLI command.

Currently the CLI tabulator halts during tabulation and asks the user to input (see image below).

The text user interface does not make it particularly intuitive that user input is required for tabulation to continue.

To make the UI simpler and better support using the CLI in CI/CD workflows, would it be possible to pass the operator name as a parameter to the command that runs the CLI?
