[Question] 请教BiLSTM_CRF_Model的结构设计

Question

我想请教一下关于BiLSTM_CRF_Model的结构设计，为什么要在BiLSTM后接一个激活函数为tanh的Dense层，然后再接一个线性Dense层，然后再输入到CRF中呢？
另外还有一个问题，做labeling任务的时候有dropout吗？我在代码中没有找到相关设置。
