when to use headless CMS, and/or Budibase ?

I am building an architecture decision record to introduce budibase (low-code) for our UI team currently using Nuxt.js & headless CMS for the frontend stack.

I have tried Budibase integrated with supabase for a great experience building a self-service data approval dashboard. but I am confused about when to use headless CMS vs Budibase.

Should I assume the following USE CASE?

• static contents to be managed by Nuxt.js & headless CMS? e.g. digital asset management, managing a large number of product images, video, blog, etc.
• dynamic contents, connecting to database to be managed by budibase? dashboard report from db, real-time interaction, event-driven trigger workflow, etc.

please kindly advise
