Long role descriptions overflow field

When editing a role description that is long enough to wrap to multiple lines, if that description is at or near the end of the displayed list of roles, the field height will not expand enough to display all the text. If in the last row, it just shows one line of text; if in the next-to-last row, it shows two lines, and so on.
