Auto-approve AFs and AAR members for early entry

Currently, AFs and AAR members need to be approved by AFs and AAR members for Tuesday early entry. This is not a big deal, but ideally this would be automatic.

Also, I think all Leads should be auto-approved for Wednesday early entry. More special-casing.

It occurs to me that since we're dealing with fairly small numbers, "auto-approve" lists of users would probably be the easiest way to achieve this, rather than adding new fields to the user records.
