As lead/AF, I want to be able to collect prospective volunteers without signing them up for shifts

At Town Hall today (Spring 2020), Robin was gathering names and contact info for prospects in a spreadsheet. This might fall outside the scope for this project, but it might be helpful to leads to record/follow up with/ prospects and convert them to shift volunteers in the system.

I can see this working a few ways.

1. Just allow data entry of a bunch of emails (some will corelate with people in the system, some won't) and then let you email those people with a link to the fvs with your department's shifts default selected.
2. Have some sort of QR code that people could scan at table that would ask them to sign in to their profile and then put them on such a list.
3. Some combo of the 2. Other thoughts?
