I have the same problem with the "circles" offset placement, which is something that seem to be related to "scaling". It's as if the map is at scale 2 and the circles are at scale 1.5, so they all bunch towards the top left.

I thought it might be from the fact that I am running a 4k TV and I had "Display Settings" -> "Scale and Layout" set to "125%" (to make fonts more readable), but setting it back to "100%" still creates the problem above.

I am running version 1.2.3

EDIT: I tried getting Visual Studio 2022 to mess with the source but I have no idea what the hell I'm frigging doing, so it won't compile :) All I tried to do was to "resize" the map files (ie "Scosglen.jpg" to 50% their original X by Y size to see if the "scaling" would position the "circles" in the correct spot because I though that might be enough of a kludge.
