[KT] (AICCRA) Share indicators between clusters (Towards deliverables)

Although MARLO for AICCRA is capable to share deliverables between clusters. Currently there is a lack of evidencing how the clusters are sharing their indicator targets. As a result, we may need to improve the way how MARLO is displaying the collaborative efforts between the clusters.

Adjustments in the section "Deliverables list"

• Display deliverables that I am not sharing, sharing with others, or shared by others with my cluster:
  

Adjustments in the section "contribution to performance indicators list" - contributionsCrpList.do

• Display deliverables that are shared with my cluster
  

Adjustments in the section "Contribution to performance indicators"

• Display which other clusters are contributing on a specific cluster indicator (towards deliverables, OICRs, Innovations, etc.)
  
  

Adjustments in the PErformance assessment template: (EXCEL)

• Improve the performance assessment template so that we evidence better the deliverables that a cluster have by itself, the ones that are shared with it, and the ones that it is sharing with other clusters. It should be more explicit the contribution towards clusters in the deliverables and indicators sheet.

Adjustments in the BI Module:

• Display shared deliverables in the cluster dashboard
