[KT] (AICCRA) Improvement of visualization - indicators segmented by year

According to Osana's email from April 19th, 2022, we should add the status and the year of each indicator that appears in the "Contribution to performance indicator" tabs.

We added to deliverables a couple of months ago and we will work with Innovation, OICRs, and MELIAs to have the same format.
