Can you toggle the system console (https://docs.retopoflow.com/debugging.html#windows) before starting RetopoFlow. then start RF and wait for it to do this again. before closing Blender, switch to the system console, copy everything in there (you might need to scroll back a ways), and then paste it here?

there may be some hints for the crashing hidden in the system console output.
