Generate Causal Tests Automatically for DAFNI Users

Idea:

It might be worth including some logic that can automatically generate the causal_tests.json for DAFNI users in our Docker workflows, e.g.

if causal_tests.json does not exist

   run python causal_testing/testing/metamorphic_relation.py using the dag

This makes sense, although we may want to make it more of an interactive wizard rather than something that just autogenerates and runs since users may want to refine the test cases (e.g. change the estimator, formula, adjustment set, or expected causal effect), or at least print a message or something.
