Password field accepting all small character letters in Registration Form of CLIxPlatform

Describe the bug
Password Field accepting all small characters letter's, although in instruction it is defined to enter atleast one Upper Case character into password field

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://clixplatform.tiss.edu/accounts/register/'
2. Enter into password field "abc"
3. See error

Expected behavior
It should prompt field alert for entering all characters in lower case
