Saved model doesn't load properly

I had a model painted with texture exclusions and downloaded it to my hd. When I tried to reload it, it scattered the exclusions all over the model.

Did you load it right afte ryou saved it or were there a few days in-between. Asking because I want to find out if a recent update broke it.
Can you provide the .bumpmesh file?

I loaded it right after saving it. I had been trying to export it and I believe it froze, and I didn't want to refresh it and lose the edits. So I downloaded the file, refreshed the page to the default start screen and then loaded the file. File attached.
