REMOTE_ERROR when CallInfo contains a negative wait time in request/response communication

According to the documentation, a negative wait time means that the request should wait indefinitely for the response:

typedef int Timeout_t; // in ms, -1 means "forever"

However, it looks like a negative value is ignored in https://github.com/COVESA/capicxx-someip-runtime/blob/master/src/CommonAPI/SomeIP/Connection.cpp#L593 and in https://github.com/COVESA/capicxx-someip-runtime/blob/master/src/CommonAPI/SomeIP/Connection.cpp#L606 sendAndBlockCondition_ waits for a time_point in the past.
